Dave Nevins Interrent

Dave Nevins is the Chief Operating Officer at InterRent REIT and the former Vice President of Operations at CLV Group. As Chief Operating Officer at InterRent REIT, Dave leads a number of teams at the company and oversees business areas that include landscaping, energy management, construction, and general operations. Dave began his real estate career at CLV Group as a sales and rental agent while still enrolled in university. He soon moved into other roles at CLV Group, serving as a Property Manager and later as Vice President of Operations. Throughout his career, Dave has been committed to community engagement and helping to build strong communities. He gives back to his community by volunteering with organizations like the Boys and Girls Club of Ottawa and JDRF, a non-profit that supports research for the cure of Type 1 diabetes. Before he began his work in the real estate industry, Dave Nevins earned an economics degree from the University of Ottawa.
